About Founder Aaron Lee
Hi, I’m Aaron Lee, the founder of kFH Freight. You can call me Aaron. I graduated from college in 2003 and have been working in Suzhou ever since.
The reason I got into freight services was because of my wife. She worked as an overseas sales representative at the time, and she faced a lot of challenges with her shipments. To help solve these problems, I decided to dive into the freight industry.
In 2005, I was just helping my wife with her shipments. By 2008, many of her friends asked me to handle shipments for their overseas clients. It was a fulfilling experience, and I realized I could help even more businesses with their shipping needs, so I began focusing on this full-time.
At the start, I was the only member of my team. As the number of shipments grew, I realized I couldn’t manage everything on my own, so I registered KFH Global Logistics and started building a team of like-minded people who also wanted to help businesses ship goods from China overseas. Thanks to their hard work, KFH has grown significantly.
In the beginning, I didn’t have the experience to handle shipments with special requirements, so from 2005 to 2010, it was a period of trial and error. We tested and refined our processes to ensure that all shipments, no matter the complexity, were handled efficiently. Over the years, we’ve built strong, long-term partnerships with reliable carriers and shipping partners. I hold my partners to very high standards to ensure that every customer’s goods reach their destination safely and on time.
Once I find a reliable partner, I don’t change them easily, as consistency is key to reducing risks for both my clients and myself. Over the years, these stable relationships have allowed us to secure better discounts, which means we can offer competitive pricing compared to our competitors.
Ultimately, I’m passionate about this job and plan to continue doing it for many years to come. My goal is simple: to ensure that every customer who chooses KFH is completely satisfied.
