About Us
KFH was founded by Aaron Lee in 2005 and is located in Suzhou, one of China’s Top 10 Cities. As the most reliable freight forwarder in China, KFH now employs over 135 dedicated staff members. Initially, we focused on assisting domestic exporters in shipping goods from China to international markets, earning widespread praise from businesses. Over time, our clients referred us to their partners and even connected their overseas clients with us directly, helping to resolve all shipping issues from China to abroad. Today, our customer base includes not only Chinese exporters but also importers from various countries around the world.

Most freight forwarders in China focus only on large companies with massive shipments, often neglecting small and medium-sized businesses. These companies don’t provide the same comprehensive services that we offer at KFH.
Our services cover everything from pickup at Chinese factories to delivery to your destination, whether it’s a commercial address or an FBA center. For companies without export rights, we can help you purchase the necessary licenses and handle the customs declaration process. If you or your clients are unable to complete the customs clearance, we can arrange this for you and prepay the taxes for each shipment. All you need to do is provide the cartons and pay the shipping fees—we’ll take care of the rest.
We offer free warehousing in China for 3 days, a service our competitors don’t provide. Additionally, we can repack and relabel your shipments, and ship them directly to your clients without revealing their information to your suppliers.
If you source products from multiple factories, we’ll collect your goods and ship them together, streamlining the process for you.
